Join me every Wednesday morning at 12:30PM with your baby (6wks to crawling) and enjoy songs and movements with your baby. Gentle stretches for you, bring strength back to the areas that became weak during pregnancy. All in a safe and nurturing environment. This class combines mindfulness, breath work, stretching, strengthening, bonding with your baby and an opportunity to meet new friends.

This class is pre-book only in 4 week blocks.

Due to limited class numbers, if you are unable to attend one of the classes in your 4 week block, unfortunately this is none refundable or transferable to another class.
