Autumn Yoga Retreat 2019

Join me for a weekend of relaxation, yoga, meditation and more. Spend a weekend in a stunning home, set in a beautiful valley on the outskirts of Ruthin in Wales, surrounded by fields and woodland. The private 16 acre grounds offer orchards, terraces, large fish pond, private fields, cherry and bluebell woodlands. This is an opportunity to invest in you, for some time to relax & breathe for a full weekend.

There will be daily Yoga & Meditation practices, suitable for all levels from complete beginner.

Specialist workshops are included and will be delivered by qualified practitioners.

There is time allocated for you to just sit and relax, go for a lovely walk in the acres of greenery surrounding the house or maybe visit nearby Ruthin, a beautiful historic town set in one of the most breathtaking parts of Wales. .

All meals, snacks, drinks & accomodation is included.

Places are strictly limited to ensure a personalised and unique experience.

Please note:

*The cost of the retreat is £350 split into 3 payments. There is an earlybird offer of only £300 if you book and pay your deposit before 31st May 2019. A deposit of £125 is required to secure your place. The second payment of £125 is due by 12th July 2019. The final payment of £100 is due by 31st August 2019 (For those who book through the Earlybird offer, the final deposit will be just £50)

*There will be strictly no refunds on the initial deposit once it is paid. There are no refunds on the second and final payments once made unless the place can be re-sold.

*You will need to bring your own yoga mat and a warm blanket for evening Yin classes.

*Accomodation is shared (2 to a room in either double or twin accomodation). There are 2 rooms that can be shared comfortably by three people. If this is something you would consider this would reduce the price.

*Most allergies and food intolerances can be accommodated for, please check before booking to ensure your individual needs can be met.

*Medical and dietary forms will be sent out and must be completed by 31st August 2019.

Join me every Wednesday morning with your baby (6wks to crawling) and enjoy songs and movements with your baby. Gentle stretches for you, bring strength back to the areas that became weak during pregnancy. All in a safe and nurturing environment. This class combines mindfulness, breath work, stretching, strengthening, bonding with your baby and an opportunity to meet new friends.

This class is pre-book only in 4 week blocks.

Due to limited class numbers, if you are unable to attend one of the classes in your 4 week block, unfortunately this is none refundable or transferable.

Join me for a totally different yoga experience. Arrive to class in your finest neon yoga clothes (dig out those old 80’s leg warmers) and get ready for a fun and relaxing night of yoga, music and all things neon.

Glow in the dark body paint is provided so have a giggle with your friends helping paint each other up. Once you are suitably ‘glowed up’ the class begins in an almost dark studio, except for UV black lights, a disco ball and the glow of the other yoginis in the room.

As the studio will be almost dark you have the freedom to move at your own pace, unleashing your inhibitions as you move and groove to the pumping music.

A professional photographer will blend in the background to capture photos of you having fun with all the other participants, without disturbing your yoga practice.

Places are strictly limited so please book quickly to secure your place. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

  • If you have allergies or skin sensitivities please use your own glow paint. You use the body paints provided at your own risk. Ingredients of the paint can be requested.

In honour of International Yoga day on Friday 21st June it’s my absolute honour to give a little back to our local community.

I would like to invite you to a free yoga class 6-7pm at Fit n Funky in Atherton.

There is no cost to this class, but I would love to encourage you to instead donate ladies sanitary products (tampons are in particular demand). These will be passed on to Atherton and Leigh Food Bank to support local ladies and girls in crisis.

Even if you can’t attend the class, I would really appreciate any donations you could consider.
