Join me for a free live online Yoga class.

I know some of you are in quarantine, or unable to attend your regular classes with me. Please grab your mat (or a towel if you don’t have a mat), get yourself in a comfy space. Set the mood with gentle lighting and position your phone, laptop or other device where you can clearly hear my instructions.

The class will run through an online platform called Zoom. You can either access this through your computer, tablet or phone on their website, or there is an app you can download too. Full details will be sent to you.

Join me for a weekend of relaxation, yoga, meditation and more. Spend a weekend in a stunning home, set in a beautiful valley on the outskirts of Ruthin in Wales, surrounded by fields and woodland. The private 16 acre grounds offer orchards, terraces, large fish pond, private fields, cherry and bluebell woodlands. This is an opportunity to invest in you, for some time to relax & breathe for a full weekend.

There will be daily Yoga & Meditation practices, suitable for all levels from complete beginner.

Specialist workshops are included and will be delivered by qualified practitioners.

There is time allocated for you to just sit and relax, go for a lovely walk in the acres of greenery surrounding the house or maybe visit nearby Ruthin, a beautiful historic town set in one of the most breathtaking parts of Wales. .

All meals, snacks, drinks & accomodation is included.

Places are strictly limited to ensure a personalised and unique experience.

Please note:

*The cost of the retreat is £350 split into 3 payments. There is an earlybird offer of only £300 if you book and pay your deposit before 31st May 2019. A deposit of £125 is required to secure your place. The second payment of £125 is due by 12th July 2019. The final payment of £100 is due by 31st August 2019 (For those who book through the Earlybird offer, the final deposit will be just £50)

*There will be strictly no refunds on the initial deposit once it is paid. There are no refunds on the second and final payments once made unless the place can be re-sold.

*You will need to bring your own yoga mat and a warm blanket for evening Yin classes.

*Accomodation is shared (2 to a room in either double or twin accomodation). There are 2 rooms that can be shared comfortably by three people. If this is something you would consider this would reduce the price.

*Most allergies and food intolerances can be accommodated for, please check before booking to ensure your individual needs can be met.

*Medical and dietary forms will be sent out and must be completed by 31st August 2019.

Yin before Gin Yoga Class

Join me for a super relaxing Yin Yoga and Gin class and Yoga Social.

You will start the evening with a relaxing Yin Yoga class designed to stretch out tired muscles, and clear the mind.

At the end of your class you will enjoy a gentle neck and shoulder massage using specific essential oils designed to compliment your yoga practice.

Afterwards enjoy a premium gin served with a delicious mixer to refresh you.

Life is all about balance this class is designed to help this.

Only £12 per person

This particular class will be extended into a Yoga social. Please feel free to stay on and have a few more drinks. Together we can order a pizza locally and just share time together. You are more than welcome to invite friends to book onto the class or just come along to the social after. Please note extra drinks are payable directly to the venue, and pizza we can all chip in and order together.
