We offer a diverse timetable of yoga, pilates, meditation and wellbeing classes in Atherton, Wigan so everyone can find a practice that fits their needs. Each class is led by a qualified teacher who supports your individual journey with care and encouragement.

Yoga Classes

These sessions are suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to regular practitioners.

Gentle Yoga

This class is suitable for everyone. It offers the option to join in on your mat or if you have an injury or limited mobility you can join in on your chair. This class runs in 4 weekly blocks. When you book this class you have the option to attend in person at Bolton Toughsheet Community Stadium or to attend using google meet live. The google meet code will be sent in your confirmation. Please note that partial refunds or swaps to different dates are unable to be made.

Absolute Beginner Yoga

This class is suitable for those who have never taken part in a Yoga class before, for those who haven’t been for a while or those looking for a low impact beginner class. The postures are designed to help increase flexibility, strengthen your muscles, improve posture and balance and to help you gain some much needed time out through breath work and relaxation.

Beginner & Beyond Yoga

This class is suitable for those who have been to Yoga classes before and are ready to challenge themselves a little further, but still within the safety of a beginner class. The postures are designed to help increase flexibility, strengthen your muscles, improve posture and balance and to help you gain some much needed time out through breath work and relaxation. Over the 6 week block you will be guided through your practice and the teachings of Yoga in a safe and supportive space.

Yoga

This class is suitable for beginners through to those who enjoy a regular yoga class. The postures are designed to help increase flexibility, strengthen your muscles, improve posture and balance and to help you gain some much needed time out through breath work and relaxation.

Soulful Sunday Yoga

Start your Sunday with chilled beats, beautiful steady flow and an easy like Sunday morning vibe. This class is open to all abilities and levels.

Fit & Flow Yoga

Fit & Flow yoga is a practice that involves sequences designed to build strength and endurance. This is accomplished through challenging yoga positions that you either repeatedly move through quickly (increasing heart rate and targeting certain muscle groups) or hold for a longer time than usual (building muscle strength and endurance).

Candlelit Yoga

Join us for a class devoted to helping you rest and relax. Each class we will focus on different breathing techniques that help ease anxiety and stress, we then move to gently stretching the body, releasing areas of tension. The class ends with a beautiful guided relaxation. This is the perfect de-stress and unwind for you. Please bring a warm blanket and small cushion so you can be extra snuggly for the relaxation at the end.

Men's Yoga

Help release stiff joints, tight muscles. Build flexibility, strength co-ordination and balance. This class specifically aims to offer an opportunity to try a class without feeling out of your depth or inexperienced.

Pregnancy & Baby

Specialist classes designed to support pregnancy, birth preparation and early bonding with baby.

Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation

This class is designed to help you find breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you while pregnant and in labour. Learn more about working with your body and the beautiful changes it’s going through. This is a great way to make some new parent friends who are also going through this very special time. Did you know you can have paid time off work to attend the class if your GP/Midwife feels it’s in the best interest of you and your baby’s health. A birthing ball is used in class (purchased by yourself separately).

Baby Yoga & Massage

Join me with your baby (6wks to confidently crawling) and enjoy songs and movements. Gentle stretches for you, bring strength back to the areas that become weak during pregnancy. All in a safe and nurturing environment. This class combines mindfulness, breath work, stretching, strengthening, bonding with your baby and an opportunity to meet new friends. The class alternates Yoga one week and Baby Massage the following week.

Pilates & Strength

Classes that focus on core strength, posture, alignment and overall functional fitness.

Beginner Pilates

Pilates is a method of whole body exercise designed to improve daily activities. Using core strength to develop functional and sustainable movement patterns throughout the body. The exercises coordinate movement and breath together to work the smaller and deeper stabilising muscles of the body. Pilates aligns your entire body’s overall structure and supports its joints. What appears to look simple can be deceptively challenging and incredibly effective when done correctly with good form. Pilates is a low impact exercise that creates optimal strength through muscle balance and fine-tuning neuromuscular patterns.

Strength & Conditioning

This is a class offering a full body workout combining strength training and cardio to build power, endurance, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels.

Relaxation & Meditation

Calming, restorative sessions designed to help you unwind, release stress and find stillness.

Sound Bath Meditation

Join us in a therapeutic practice of immersive relaxation where you will passively receive vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, drums & More. Please arrive comfortably dressed and bring a small cushion and blanket.

Meditation, Relaxation & More

Each month we will host a beautifully restorative and relaxing session. Each month will be slightly different and include some of the following: Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation and will be themed monthly.
